spring.

so it's about time i visited this place more often: more good posts to come. as for today..i woke up to snow on the first day of spring. :'( i'm ready for warmth. but ending things on a good note yesterday was soooo nice. a little windy, but nice and sunny. i sat outside for over an hour before i started to freeze. so yes, there is hope. :) here is what i'm up to..incase you were curious :)

*writing a book of poetry. specifically haikus. with the help of people i love.
*creating the ultimate playlist of the year. it will rock.
*making music.
*drinking more water
*working out my little muscles.
*learning current issues.
*laughing my gutts out.

pretty busy eh? haha. seriously. in honor of spring fighting desperately to come despite the big black clouds and slowly melting snow, here is a poem:

nothing completes life
like fresh air, the smell
of spring blowing through
the trees. sweet sunshine
peaking through the clouds,
dotting perfect blue skies.
skies to come. soon...
beautiful melodies singing
the truth; messages of
the bittersweet symphony
we call life.
